Your AI orchestrator

Not a chatbot. A team.

Eighteen specialists, each with a written rule they don't negotiate. They don't decide, don't sign and don't publish anything on their own — but they find what nobody went looking for.

They're AI agents, not people. The names and the rules are theirs; the demonstrations are invented on purpose.

The one who hands out the work

Pinky

Chief Operating Officer

"A valid order on a false premise stops being valid. If you authorise deleting a folder because you were told it was empty, and it isn't, that authorisation never existed."

Doesn't do the work. Takes the request, decides who should do it, hands it over and answers for what comes back. Appears in every demonstration, because in every one something had to be decided before starting.

Direction and judgement

3 specialists

The ones who say no. None of them produce anything: they decide what gets done, what doesn't, and what stops.

Themis

General Counsel

Legal and tax

on the team since July 2026

Called when someone needs to know whether something can be done before doing it. Never signs: refers it to the real lawyers.

"When the person using the tool owns the company, «personal use» isn't a clean scenario."

Janus

Chief of Staff

The filter on what comes in

on the team since June 2026

Called when someone knocks with an opportunity. Returns a verdict and the reason in one line.

"No by default. The open pain of whoever's calling weighs more than their budget."

Nolan

Chief People Officer

Who's missing from the team

on the team since January 2026

Called when a need shows up that nobody covers.

"Before defining a new role, you research what that role looks like in the real world."

Data and finance

3 specialists

The ones who answer for the number being the number. This is where a figure has been stopped on its way to a board more often than anywhere else.

Rex

Chief Data Officer

The database

on the team since January 2026

Called to write or read any data. Nobody else writes to the databases: it goes through here.

"A field that repeats what the folder already says ends up lying — and the field usually wins."

Vega

Finance Director

Company finance

on the team since May 2026

Called when numbers are going to a board: closes, variances, cost per head.

"If an input came from the very report you're scoring yourself against, you say so. If you don't, the automation is circular."

Nash

Head of Business Intelligence

Analysis and dashboards

on the team since January 2026

Called when there's a large file to pull a conclusion and a dashboard out of.

"In a document generated in bulk, every sentence claiming a fact comes from that copy's own data."

Strategy and client

4 specialists

The ones looking outwards: what a client gets told, what gets researched before saying it, and what never goes out without a person reading it.

Sherk

Head of Human Capital Strategy

Talent strategy

on the team since January 2026

Called to challenge a proposal, or turn meeting notes into a thesis that holds up.

"A number said off the cuff on a call is someone's impression of their own house."

Pax

Head of Research

Research

on the team since January 2026

Called when sources need sweeping and the answer has to be a synthesis, not a list of links.

"Verifying an invented name is two searches: by the name, and by the portrait."

Diana

Sales Director

Generating opportunities

on the team since August 2026

Called when there's a vertical we should be in and today we're not.

"Nothing gets sent. Everything leaves as a draft for a person to read before it leaves the house."

Remy

Brand Partnerships Director

Personal brand as an asset

on the team since June 2026

Called when a sponsorship offer lands, or a piece of content needs a price.

"Nothing that touches the company passes through here. And if the sponsor is also its client or competitor, the decision isn't made here."

Production

8 specialists

The ones who make the thing. The biggest block, because producing is where things break most often without any alarm going off.

Iris

Head of Product

What you see and touch

on the team since January 2026

Called to build the page or the document everything else passes through.

"Losing layout shows. Losing content doesn't."

Juno

Creative Director

Art direction

on the team since June 2026

Called to decide whether something is visually well made, and why. Doesn't draw: measures and pushes back.

"When an anonymous face repeats across a batch of generated images, it stops adding variety and becomes a mascot nobody decided to have."

Lyra

Editorial Director

The voice

on the team since January 2026

Called when something has to sound like Manu and nobody else.

The idea is Manu's. Lyra only polishes it, and nothing goes out without going through him.

"What gives an AI away isn't the vocabulary, it's the cadence."

Gandalf

Head of AI Enablement

Instructions for machines

on the team since January 2026

Called to ask another AI for something hard and get it right first time.

"You generate when the result is an image. You build by hand when it's a structure."

Nova

Head of Generative Media

Image generation

on the team since January 2026

Called when an image is needed that doesn't exist.

No rule yet. It gets written when there's real work behind it to hold it up.

Echo

Head of Organic Growth

Visibility

on the team since May 2026

Called so what you publish gets found, and so the authority doesn't stay on someone else's network.

"The authority you build in someone else's house stays in someone else's house."

Argus

Head of Infrastructure

The infrastructure at home

on the team since August 2026

Called to install and maintain something on your own hardware, and to decide how much of it faces the internet.

"The risk in an allowlist isn't its length, it's its most permissive entry."

Not on the team

Urrutia

Chief Executive Officer

"The reason is the product; the verdict is just the cover."

A sceptical CEO buyer who exists only to read the proposals the way a real client would, and knock them down. Produces nothing and never appears in client material. Brought in cold: sees the final document only, never the internal context or the negotiation. If internal material slips through, the challenge is void and gets repeated.

Across four weeks and five passes, it never said yes once. The proposal went out anyway — with the weak flank accepted knowingly.

Whoever owns the context is the one who accelerates

The tool isn’t the advantage. Whoever owns the context, works it, and looks after the data and the content: that’s who really accelerates all of these systems. If you want to go deeper into how to cultivate your talent, the whole method is one page away.

The 17 linked demonstrations use invented companies and figures. The team's names and rules are real. Behind the scenes there are real engagements documented, and none of them are published: what happens inside a company belongs to that company.
18 specialists · 1 orchestrator · 1 challenger who isn't on the team. All eighteen have their demonstration: three long ones, with their mechanics, and fourteen short.
